With Wii U just released it is no surprise that Nintendo would follow in the footsteps of Xbox 360 and PS3 by releasing a smaller version of one of its consoles. No there is not a slim Wii U due out but a Wii Mini coming out reportedly on the 7th of December. So if you are unable.to grab a Wii U for the holiday season you can always grab a Wii Mini which is not a Wii U and is not even close.
