Did you know that Disney had a movie streaming service? Well if you didn?t don?t worry because they are ending it. As of December 31st, the streaming service will be shut down. Disney cited that they don?t have what the customer needs in flexibility that is demanded by streaming customers in this day in age. Another reason was that Disney did not have the subscriptions that they were looking for to sustain such an endeavor. This service which launched in 2009 let users buy and rent movies from the Disney library and it also had Pixar movies as well. They have not said anything about restarting the service but if they do maybe they need to look into their marketing strategies.
