Business Services Rates:

  • On-Site: $150/Hour with an on hour minimum
  • Remote: $125/Hour

Home Service Rates:

  • On-Site: $150 for the first hour and $25 for every additional 15 minutes
  • Remote: $100/Hour

With managed services we monitor and fix your computer, server, and network issues 24/7 at a fixed cost. A managed services plan allows us to fix issues for commercial clients before the issues become a problem for you or your staff!? Computer Geeks Managed IT Services is our promise that our friendly staff will set up an online connection to your monitored computers.

Managed Services Plans Fine Print

Managed Services Plans grant Computer Geeks access to your servers and workstations via the internet. So, if you would like Computer Geeks to request permission before accessing your computers, you can request this at any time. Therefore, this request can result in delays in service.

The client agrees that Computer Geeks has full access to all items listed in your managed services plan. Therefore, Client agrees to allow Computer Geeks the ability to manage, edit and remove anything on your computers that Computer Geeks deems harmful to the system.

Computer Geeks will not edit, view and remove any proprietary or personal files on any device that is being monitored by Computer Geeks. We respect your privacy and are 100% compliant on this matter.

All payments are set to come out automatically on a monthly basis and based upon your date of signup. Also, there is no term of the contract, so you can cancel at any time, with 30 days’ notice. All online access to your machines will terminate upon cancellation of your managed services plan.

If you would like to upgrade your plan you can do so at any point, the increase in monthly fee will be reflected upon your next bill. Downgrades are also allowed whenever you would like, and you will see the decrease in charge on your next bill. None of these charges are prorated.

If the client uses their own anti-virus software, they are responsible for the cost of renewal of the Anti-virus software. Computer Geeks EM is not compatible with all Anti-virus software, and the Client may need to change AV Software vendors in order for EM to work properly.

Guaranteed Response time during business hours is within 6 hours, after 5 pm EST service is guaranteed within 12 hours.

Also, moves and Hardware upgrades costs listed are for labor only, the hardware itself must still be purchased.

Any hardware/software failures that are due to the Client’s refusal to take the suggested actions of Computer Geeks are the sole responsibility of the Client. All subsequent work to repair said damage is billable at $100 per labor hour.

  • Antivirus, Anti-spyware and Anti-adware program updates
  • Scan for any viruses, adware or spyware and remove them if found
  • Delete any temporary files, cookies, cache, recycle bin files that the computer accumulates
  • Software Patch Management
  • Drive Space Monitoring
  • Prevent unnecessary programs from automatically starting when the computer boots
  • Unlimited Remote control support of the PC’s that have MSP installed
  • Quarterly 1-hour on-site maintenance on machines, which includes physical cleaning and wire cleanup
  • ADD ON for $20/Month per PC Unlimited Peripheral Support includes remote support for all devices/peripherals in the office such as printers, monitors, and networking equipment

All additional work not listed above shall be performed at the Provider’s sole discretion and at its then-current standard hourly rates. Additional work is subject to other written agreements the Provider may require. Blocks of hours for on-site service are available for purchase at a special rate of $80/hour with the minimum purchase of 10 hours.

Maintenance will commence on a mutually agreed upon date and time and will be performed as needed

The Provider shall provide additional remedial maintenance services during the Service Hours when notified by the Customer that the Equipment is inoperative. The Customer shall pay the charges (normal hours) as specified in Appendix B of this agreement. The Provider shall endeavor to respond promptly and if possible, within 24 hours to requests for remedial maintenance.

The Provider shall only provide remedial maintenance outside the Service Hours only if requested by the Customer, for which the Customer will pay the charges for Abnormal Hours which is a fee of $89.95

Computer Geeks shall not be obliged to maintain the equipment in good working order if such service is required as a result of:
(a) fire, storm, accidents; or
(b) unauthorized attempts by other than Computer Geeks personnel to repair the equipment; or
(c) causes other than normal wear and tear including failure of equipment not maintained by
Computer Geeks or non-Computer Geeks supplied consumable items, negligence of or misuse of the equipment
And operator error; or
(d) causes external to the equipment such as transportation, fluctuations or failure of power, electromagnetic
interference or material changes to the prescribed environmental conditions.

Finally, all general terms and conditions listed on our Terms of Service page, still apply to managed services plans. Computer Geeks reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this contract with written notice to the Client.
